ISEEB

IT consulting for the systems that have to work together.

Phones, network, servers, cloud and the automations between them — handled by one person with 30 years of doing it, not a ticket queue. Remote engagements across Canada and the US.

What ISEEB does

Most problems worth hiring for sit between two systems. The value here is owning the whole chain, from the SIP trunk to the CRM record.

Telephony and contact center VoIP
PBX, SBC and SIP trunk design, dialplans, IVR and queue logic, CTI integration with your CRM, call recording and real-time agent dashboards. Carrier routing, failover and call-quality troubleshooting.
Networking
Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and QoS for voice, DNS and routing. Diagnosing the intermittent problems that only show up under load or at 4 pm on Fridays.
Cloud and hosting infrastructure
AWS architecture, Linux server fleets, managed databases, CDN, backups and disaster recovery. Web hosting platforms at scale — thousands of domains on WHM/cPanel and BIND — with monitoring that pages before customers notice.
Workflow automation
Connecting CRM, billing, telephony and ticketing so data moves without people retyping it. Self-hosted automation (n8n, Windmill) when SaaS tools get expensive or get shut down.
Custom development and integrations
Node.js services, REST APIs, Zoho CRM and Creator customization, webhooks and internal tools. Built to be maintained by whoever comes after.
Assessments and takeovers
Inheriting undocumented systems, mapping what actually runs, stabilizing it and writing it down. Second opinions on vendor quotes and migration plans.

How an engagement works

No retainer required to start. Short, scoped pieces of work that each leave you in a better state than before.

  1. Free 30-minute call

You describe the problem. You get a plain assessment of what's involved, what it will likely take, and whether it's worth doing at all.

  2. Scoped proposal

A written scope with deliverables, timeline and a fixed price or a capped hourly estimate. No surprises halfway through.

  3. Delivery and handover

The work gets done, tested in your environment, and documented so your team — or the next consultant — can run it without me.

Questions people ask first

Short answers. The call covers the rest.

What kind of work does ISEEB take on?

Anything where the phones, the network, the servers and the business software have to work together: contact center telephony and SIP, cloud and hosting infrastructure, automation between systems like Zoho and custom APIs, and the development needed to glue it together.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Engagements are remote for clients across Canada and the United States. Infrastructure, telephony and automation work is done over secure remote access and screen sharing.

What does the first call cost?

Nothing. The first 30-minute consultation is free. You describe the problem, you get a straight assessment of what it will take, and you decide whether to continue.

Can you take over a system someone else built?

Yes. A large share of the work is inheriting PBX configurations, server fleets and automations with little or no documentation — mapping them, stabilizing them and documenting them before changing anything.
